Royalmount to welcome three Think Retail clients
September 11, 2024As we move into hockey season, Think Retail is thrilled to have scored a hat trick of its own, with three of our stellar clients preparing to open at the groundbreaking Royalmount shopping centre in Montreal.
Spearheaded by real estate development and management company Carbonleo, the $7 billion luxury shopping mall officially opened September 5th and marks the advent of an elevated living, shopping and entertainment experience.
At an incredible 824,000 sq. ft., Royalmount features more than 170 stores, as well as 60-plus eateries. Plus, the space boasts in impressive indoor and outdoor public art walk, with murals, sculptures and photos.
Royalmount is still evolving and will eventually feature a VIP theatre and REC room, as well as exciting cultural events.
All of this is a wonderful backdrop for our clients to open this fall.
Le Creuset, the iconic and colourful cookware and kitchen accessories company, is to open a 1,000-sq.-ft. store in October-it's 12th in Canada.
Come late November, Patty Slaps will welcome hungry shoppers to its 5,000-sq.-ft. restaurant, which will feature a patio, in the piazza. A unique premium fast-casual dining experience, which debuted on Sainte Catherine Street West in June 2023, Patty Slaps features amazing fries and signature flame-grilled burgers that are made fresh in-house on a decadent pretzel bun. Plus, it has a wonderful drinks menu.
Meanwhile French chocolatier and ice cream house Jeff de Bruges will add sweetness to the shopping centre just in time for the holidays, with a 650-sq.-ft. store slated to open in December. Founded in 1986, the high-end concept debuted in Canada in 2014 and quickly became a destination for those who appreciate the decadent Belgian chocolates and other treats.
If you have yet to visit, it's worth mentioning that Royalmount is so much more than a shopping centre-it is positioned as an innovative approach to how people work, learn, play and live. The largest private development in Quebec, the mixed-used project in the heart of Montreal puts a premium on green space, with public transit access and a focus on what the creators call "active mobility.... a never-before-seen living environment where connectivity, creativity, sustainability and technology thrive."
Think Retail is delighted to be part of the excitement and introduce three unique clients to Royalmount visitors. For more information, contact the Think Retail team.
