One can never get enough smoked meat in the Province of Quebec and Rock'n Deli is rising to the occasion, with a new restaurant at 4080 Wellington St. in Verdun.
Rock’n Deli is a Montreal institution beloved by locals and tourists alike who come for the authentic Montreal-style smoked meat, as well as a varied menu designed to satisfy just about anyone, with a variety of sandwiches, burgers, chicken wings, poutine, salads and breakfast items. 
The Montreal-based institution debuted in the Gourmet Area at Carrefour Laval in 1992 and now has 12 locations in Quebec and another four in Ontario. 
The company has opened five locations in the past two years and is well positioned for growth.
Rock’n Deli is known for its lively casual dining experience. It’s a strong tenant, with sunny and modern spaces where customer can enjoy a meal, or opt for takeout and delivery. 
Ideal spaces are 1,250 sq. ft., ideally on high streets, such as Mont Royal or in Old Montreal, but large open-air centres in the Montreal suburbs are also of interest.
