Le Creuset is embracing spring with a fresh new look and plans for an exciting new store in Toronto.
The colourful cookware and kitchen company just finalized a deal to open at The Well, an innovative development on Spadina Avenue in the city’s west end. 
The Well is a unique mix of shops, restaurants, fresh food markets, workspaces and residences that form an exciting cultural, entertainment and community hub that houses more than 11,000 people on-sites, as well as countless workers and visitors. 
In addition to six rental and condominium towers, development features a three-level commercial zone with 320,000 sq. ft. of retail and food service that is slated to open this fall. 
Le Creuset’s 1,000-sq.-ft. store is to open on November 17 and will feature the company’s new design prototype, which debuted at the reopening of its destination store at the CF Chinook Centre in Calgary earlier this spring.
Le Creuset has 10 locations in Canada—all ideally situated at the top shopping centres and high streets in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario and Nova Scotia—and The Well store will bring the total to 11. 
Growth continues and the company will consider opening a couple more locations in Canada. Target markets include Montreal and Vancouver. Ideal spaces are 1,000 sq. ft. along high streets and in super regional malls. 
Le Creuset is an iconic brand and a marquee tenant. Founded in Northern France, Le Creuset introduced its first vibrant, Flame-coloured enamelled cast iron cocotte in 1925. Nearly 100 years later, the brand has perfected balancing tradition with timeless modern aesthetic.
