Le Creuset reveals new retail prototype and plans for growth

Le Creuset is serving up a fresh new look with the reopening of its destination store at the CF Chinook Centre in Calgary, while also looking ahead to an exciting Q4 opening in Toronto.
The prestigious cookware and kitchen company is proud to unveil its new design prototype at what is considered Alberta’s top-performing shopping centre.
The space is beautifully lit to showcase Le Creuset’s colourful and vibrant collection of enamel cookware and accessories. Bright open windows lure in passersby to explore the array of products, which are displayed on simple dark shelves against fresh white walls.
No doubt the new look will also anchor the new store slated to open in Toronto during latter part of the year. The deal has just been finalized and details will be announced shortly.
At the moment, Le Creuset has 10 locations in Canada—all ideally situated at the top shopping centres and high streets in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario and Nova Scotia.
Looking forward, the company will consider opening additional stores in Montreal and Vancouver. Ideal spaces are 1,000 sq. ft. along high streets and in super regional malls.
Founded in Northern France, Le Creuset introduced its first vibrant, Flame-coloured enamelled cast iron cocotte in 1925. The rest is, as they say, history, as the brand continues to balance quality and traditional with a timeless aesthetic that always feels modern and fresh.
While Le Creuset products are sold by select major retailers, its name-brand boutiques set themselves apart with an enhanced selection of products not available elsewhere.
