Langoustini seeks debut location in Montreal’s hottest neighbourhoods

Montreal is poised to welcome a new upscale fine-dining experience with Langoustini, a trendy, stylish and lively restaurant concept with Italian roots.
The vision of entrepreneurs Sabina and Vladimir Dubovitckii, Langoustini will offer traditional fare with a modern international approach. The goal is to establish a unique brand that values quality, aesthetically pleasing food, in a stylish relaxed atmosphere—from the menu to the décor, the focus will be on excellence.
But first, the duo must find with right location that can seat 120 to 220. Ideal spaces are 3.000 to 5,500 sq. ft. with high ceiling and perhaps a terrace. Ground floor sites in Golden Square Mile, Old Port and Griffintown are of interest. The goal is to secure location by August and open by the end of 2024.
Sabina and Vladimir have a strong vision for Langoustini that goes beyond the food itself to consider the smallest details, from lighting to dishes and cutlery. They want to create a warm upscale experience, a destination for locals, seasoned tourists and business people: During the day Langoustini will be a place for business meetings and fabulous lunches, in the evening it is a destination for friendly noisy gatherings in a trendy relaxed atmosphere, where quality food and aesthetics are at the forefront.
After establishing this debut site, this premium dining experience is ideal for scaling, with a wide appeal for sophisticated diners who appreciate lively, social experiences with incredible food and beautiful aesthetics.
