Boos will bring an upscale Persian dining experience to downtown Montreal

From the innovative minds behind Patty Slaps smash burgers in Montreal comes an exciting new Persian concept, Boos. 
This upscale Persian restaurant will elevate Quebec’s culinary landscape, satiating the appetites of those craving a taste from their homeland, as well as those who appreciate an upscale and authentic eating experience in a beautiful space. The goal is to rebrand Iranian cuisine in North America (and beyond).  
Think Retail is thrilled to announce that the Boos team has found the perfect location for this ambitious endeavor—1300 Rue Sherbrooke West in the heart of downtown Montreal (the former Holt Renfrew building).
The 10,650-sq.-ft. (plus patio) site, situated on a marquee corner, is the perfect spot for what will be one of the largest Persian restaurants in the world.
It promises to be a spectacular inspired space, with a vibrant atmosphere, beautiful features and carefully selected décor elements. Visitors will relish the warm modern space, which sets the tone for a fabulous dining experience with an incredible selection of Persian foods, creative cocktails and wines. 
If you’ve ever been sampled top Persian cuisine in cities like Vancouver, New York and Atlanta, you have a taste of what to expect. Popular restaurants like Delara, Rumi’s Kitchen, Ey-Val and Delbar are destinations that attract customers from a wide variety of backgrounds. 
Now it’s our turn: Montreal is ready for its own upscale Persian restaurant and Boos is it. In addition to a thriving Iranian population, Montreal is a city of 1.76 million people who love global cuisines. At the moment, there is little to satisfy them on the Persian front. 
Boos, which means kiss, will offer visitors a delightful blend of rich flavours for an authentic and exotic taste experience. A sneak peak at the menu, from starters to mains and desserts, is enough to make your mouth water.  Plus, the plan is to serve a Persian-inspired breakfast for weekend guests. 
It’s an exciting direction for the Boos founders, who possess a strong passion for good food and a truly unique vision where no detail is overlooked. 
In June 2023, the group, which coined the term, "premium fast-casual," to encapsulate a distinctive business model where the focus is on taste, community, art, and technology, debuted Patty Slaps on Sainte Catherine Street West. 
It quickly became a cult favourite among its target Generation Z and Generation Alpha customers, making headlines and earning rave reviews for its menu of next-level grilled burgers and fries, as well as a cool vibe with flawless design, from packaging to décor. 
Now, with more than a decade of restaurant experience overseas and in the Montreal area, the team is ready to dial it up with Boos.  Think Retail congratulates the group on its vision and for the foresight to bring authentic upscale Persian cuisine to the vibrant Montreal scene.
