At Think Retail, we strive to provide our customers with an experience that exceeds expectations. Assisting our clientele as they try to expand their businesses can be challenging. In order to meet client needs, we work closely with them to develop a clear understanding of their brand business model, vision and future goals. By cultivating this understanding we are best positioned to meet our clients’ needs and more. 

In 2010, Fossil, confirmed its plans to open stores in Canada’s top super regional malls and outlet centres. The company also sought to open flagship locations on the country’s top high streets. We worked very closely with Bob Higgins, Fossil’s Vice President of Global Real Estate, to develop and implement Fossil’s Canadian market entry plan. In a short time, I have secured 35+ stores for Fossil throughout Canada. Partially thanks to the strategic locations that I have successfully negotiated, Fossil’s Canadian stores not only continue to perform exceptionally well; they have also greatly exceeded expectations. I am also pleased to announce that in May, Fossil will open on Bloor Street, Canada’s top high street. Further, just last year, the company opened on St.Catherine Street in Montreal. Mission accomplished. Today I remain an active associate in meeting Fossil’s orientation needs, delivering vital information and resources that are the backbone of our business relationship.

For the past 5 years, I have carried out ladies activewear specialist, Lolë’s, mandates to perfection. Their commitment to excellence, brand awareness and drive mirrors our own as they expand across Canada. Through our collaborative efforts with Isabelle Mille, Lole’s VP Retail & Marketing, we developed and successfully implemented their real estate strategy. Lole has now opened stores in Ontario, Alberta, Quebec and soon will be announcing their entry into British Columbia. We have quickly achieved our objectives. During this process, we provided Lolë with detailed market information required to make informed decisions.

Quebec based costume jewellery expert, Bizou has been our client for the past 16 years. This remains the longest standing client relationship in Bizou’s thirty (30) year history. As their real estate partner, I have successfully negotiated over 150 leases. I also served as lead negotiator in the company’s restructuring plan 6 years ago and tenaciously negotiated store closures and rent relief efforts, helping Bizou save approximately one (1) million dollars and in the process, many jobs. My team and I continue to negotiate and manage all of their new store development and lease renewals. Today, Bizou operates 130+ locations in Canada, and have opened 15 new locations in the last 3 years. Our partnership has always been and remains one of our company’s greatest achievements. 

We continue to build on our wealth of knowledge and experience that has been gained through our extensive client interactions.  Our relationships with Lolë, Fossil, Bizou and several others will continue to thrive in the future as we adapt to an ever-changing marketplace.
