We are pleased to announce that fashion accessories and costume jewellery specialist Bizou, has opened its first street-front location in Toronto (and second store in Ontario), at 393 Queen St. West. The store is strategically situated between Peter and Spadina, adjacent other top brands such as: Lululemon, Kiehls, Club Monaco, Guess, Le Chateau. Looking ahead, the company's 3rd Ontario location opens next month at Cambridge Centre; also, I can as well, confirm that Bizou will open at White Oaks Mall in London, in March 2012. Thanks to Rick Johnstone of Morguard for his help with the agreement at Cambridge Centre and to Dave Wyatt, of Redcliff, for his efforts with the transaction at White Oaks Malls. Dave is a class act and a pleasure to work with.

Further to the above, Bizou plan to open 4-6 new locations, in 2012. Markets of interest include: Ontario and Quebec. Size required in 600-1000 sq.ft. Property type - super regional malls and high pedestrian street-front locations.
