| Use Clause: | Sale at retain of high quality toiletries, such as by way of example, soaps, bath crystals, bath gels, and colognes, assorted clothing and home furnishing products, such as by way of example, robes, headbands, towels, and bath mitts; bottled or pre-packaged foods, such as jams, vinegars, biscuits, and preserves; pot pourri and home fragrance products, such as air-fresheners, candles, drawer liners... All of the foregoing items are manufactured, imported and\or distributed for the Tenant under the Crabtree and Evelyn label. As ancillary to the above the tenant may sell complimentary items, such as stationary products, cards, music, novelties, as sold in the majority of Crabtree & Evelyn stores in Canada. |
