| Use Clause: | The premises shall be used for the sale of the following: (i) vitamins; (ii) sport & health supplements; (iii) health and beauty aids; (iv) herbal & medicinal teas and protein beverages; & (v) healthy food snacks. It is also understood that the tenant shall have the right to introduce new related items provided that such items are introduced in the majority of the tenant's stores. Finally, it is understood that from time to time, the tenant will offer on-site seminars on such topics as health, medicine, sport, and foods...etc.
