| Use Clause: | Principally for the sale, at retail, of men’s, women’s and children’s footwear of all kinds (including without limitation casual, athletic, construction and industrial footwear), and as ancillary to such principal use, the sale, at retail, of (i) handbags, purses, gloves, belts and socks; (ii) accessories directly related to the principal use such as, by way of example, shoe care products, shoe fashion accessories and other related articles commonly found in the majority of the Tenant’s other stores operating under the same trade name as the Tenant in the Premises; and (iii) promotional items such as, by way of example, t-shirts, caps and scarves, all bearing the “Yellow” or “Chaussures Cité” label. |
