| Use Clause: | For the sale at retail of ladies apparel, such as dresses, coats\jackets, shirts, sweaters, yoga wear, ski wear, bodysuits, bathing suits. The tenant will also sell a full line of accessory items such as (but not limited to) footwear, under garments, sunglasses, hats, belts, scarves, and gloves. It is agreed by the parties that the tenant shall be able to introduce new related (to the above) items, provided that said items are introduced in the majority of the tenant's stores operating in Canada. |
